Welcome to SPAR Property Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our property preservation services and website. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

We provide property preservation services, including but not limited to property inspections, maintenance, repairs, debris removal, lawn care, and securing properties. The specific services provided will be outlined in the service agreement for each project.

- A separate service agreement will outline the scope, pricing, and timelines for each project.
- All agreements must be signed before the commencement of services.
- Changes to the scope of work may require additional charges and must be agreed upon in writing.

- Payments are due as specified in the service agreement.
- Invoices must be paid in full before additional services are rendered.

- Provide accurate property information, including access details and special requirements.
- Ensure the property is accessible for the agreed-upon services.
- Notify us promptly of any changes to the property’s status or condition.

- We warrant that our services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes for services outside our control, such as vandalism, weather-related damage, or compliance issues resulting from pre-existing conditions.
- Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in this agreement.

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

- Cancellations must be made in writing at least 10 days before the scheduled service.
- Refunds will be issued only for services not performed, minus any non-refundable deposits or expenses incurred.

- We reserve the right to terminate services if the client breaches these Terms and Conditions or the service agreement.
- The client may terminate services by providing written notice, subject to any applicable fees or costs incurred.

- We respect your privacy and will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Both parties agree to keep proprietary or confidential information secure and not disclose it to unauthorized parties.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Arizona.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor strikes, or governmental actions.

These Terms and Conditions, along with the service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
